Do more in the Online Branch!

New this April, members can now update their addresses, order replacement debit cards, add account travel notifications*, and request a one-time debit card limit increase inside of online banking!

1) Log into online banking from your computer (these features are not yet available through the mobile banking app).

2) Hover your mouse over "Member Services" on the main blue toolbar.

3) Look for the Online Forms header and select the appropriate account maintenance form.

4) Complete the form and click submit! Processing times are posted on each form.

*Note* For the safety of our members, we temporarily shut down debit card service if an international transaction is processed and we have not been notified by the member that they are traveling. This helps to prevent fraudulent purchases. If you are traveling, be sure to notify Bridgewater Credit Union within 48 hours of departing to avoid a disruption in debit card service. This also applies to online purchases from foreign vendors.
