How does it work?

This superior security technology protects your accounts from unauthorized access. It identifies you as the true "owner" of your accounts by recognizing not only your userID and password but also your computer as well. If we do not recognize your computer–for example, you have logged in from a public computer instead of your home computer–we will ask you challenge questions as an additional line of defense to prevent unauthorized access.
