Bridgewater Credit Union, a Division of Merrimack Valley Credit Union
System Upgrade

system upgrade

To complete our merger with Merrimack Valley Credit Union, the System Conversion is scheduled from November 1st through November 3rd.

All systems will be offline beginning 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 31 until 9:00 a.m. on Monday, November 4. This may limit your ability to complete transactions, so please plan accordingly.

The system conversion will enable us to offer exciting new benefits to Bridgewater members including: EMV chip debit cards, instant debit cards at any branch, faster account opening and transactions, telephone banking, and state-of-the-art security.

Branches will be closed during this time. The Call Center will be available all weekend to answer conversion-related questions, but will not be able to conduct transactions, check balances, or perform transfers until Monday morning after the conversion.

Please be aware that it may take longer for checks to clear, so plan accordingly.
